Looks like many of the initiative have been taken in the kiosk area. Most notably, the kiosk based internet access. However focus on the unorganized sector for the mobile conent is something that is not addressed. Chimera seems to be having experience in developing the software for the kiosk and also they have hardware from one of the US company.
